	CATS Company provides Air Traffic Services (ATS) for both domestic and international flight operations over entire civil air-space of Cambodia with the highest regard for safety, orderliness and expedition of flights. The company stands in the forefront of developments for the growth of civil aviation in the Kingdom of Cambodia. CATS is committed to continually improve its quality system on Air Traffic Services to meet international aviation standard requirements and customer's satisfaction with quality staffs and reliable systems. Apparently, we need 2 System Development Engineer, 1 Communication Engineer and 1 System Engineer with following qualification:
	System Development Engineer (2) The successful candidate will be responsible for develop and improve both software and hardware of CNS (Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance) systems, and ATS (Air Traffic Services) relate system.
	Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computers, Electronics or relate field. At least 2 years experience in Air Traffic Services, Telecom, or Electronics industries. Able to programming in Delphi Strong background in microprocessor MCS-51, Z80 with Assembly and/or C programming. Fluent in spoken and written English.
	Communication Engineer (1) The successful candidate will be responsible for Communication systems, VCCS (Voice Communication & Control Switch), Satellite Communication System, Microwave Communication System, VHF-Air Ground Communication System, Remote Control Air Ground Communication System etc.
	Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computers, Electronics or relate field. At least 2 years experience in Air Traffic Services or Telecom industries. Fluent in spoken and written English.
	System Engineer (1) The successful candidate will be responsible for office intranet management (Firewall, Mail Server, Proxy Server, DNS Server, Application Server, …).
	Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computers, Electronics or relate field. At least 2 years experience in Computers industries. Strong background in network communication. Strong background on Linux Platform (Mandrak 9), Windows 2000 Advance Server. Delphi, VB, C, C++ programming skill required. Fluent in spoken and written English.
