CATS provides airline operators with essential aeronautical information necessary for safety, regularity and efficiency of international air navigation.

The ATS Reporting Offices provide aircraft operators services associated with the submission of flight plans and the distribution and reception of messages of Air Traffic Services (ATS).

CATS developed its own application which enables operators to file flight plan electronically from the designated workstations. CATS also advanced its service of ATS messages exchange with ATS Messages Handing System (AMHS).

Pre-Flight Information Service, which provides pilots with current Notice to Airman (NOTAM) containing information of operational significance prepared prior to flight, are also available at the Reporting Offices.
