On December 20, 2024, CATS was held annual staff party at the Oakwood Hotel in Phnom Penh. The event was organized to thank and celebrate the end of the year with all staff. CATS provided many lucky prizes, as well as many entertainment activities

On July 27, 2024, CATS organized an eco-tour to Kirirom National Park with activities including donations to the Coconut Foundation School and taking this opportunity to educate staff on how to create art from recycled materials and waste management.

The Bilateral ATM Coordination Meeting between the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation ( VATM ) and Cambodia Air Traffic Services Co., Ltd ( CATS ) was held from May 29 to May 31, 2024 at CATS Building Phnom Penh. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Theeraphat Kulkijkamjorn, Managing Director of CATS, and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Cong, Deputy Director General of VATM.

We welcomed the Air Traffic Controller and Operations department, including engineers from AEROTHAI, on April 24 to 26, 2024 to visit the Phnom Penh Area Control Centre and Phnom Penh city.

CATS hosted the 21st Meeting of Asia-Pacific Cross-Border Multi-Nodal ATFM Collaboration (AMNAC/21) from 12 – 15 March 2024 at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel, Cambodia. Approximately 66 people from 11 countries attended the meeting.

On Friday, January 19, 2024, CATS Phnom Penh welcomed 17 delegators who came to explore the future of investment in Cambodia, including the aviation sector. The team came from CSI Investment Institute of Thailand.

CATS organized a Familiarization trip to Thailand for two groups of Siem Reap staff. Each team consists of four ATC staff who completed on 11-14 November 2023 and 18-21 November 2023.

On December 3, 2023, many CATS managers and staff happily participated in the Angkor International Half Marathon in Siem Reap and also to promote charity events in Cambodia

On October 2, 2023, H.E Dr. MAO HAVANNALL, Minister in Charge of the Secretariat of State for Civil Aviation, awarded CATS Certificates for both Approach Control and Aerodrome Control Units ATS of Siem Reap Angkor International Airport. It demonstrates CATS 'readiness to provide air traffic

On May 27, 2023, CATS brought staff to plant mangrove trees in Trapeang Sangke community in Kampot province. This program aims to help the environment in Cambodia as well as joining fight against climate change around the world.

Cambodia Air Traffic Services (CATS) in Cooperation with Secretariat of Civil Aviation (SSCA) organized Aeronautical Information Management Awareness Workshop for Aeronautical Data Originators on Thursday 2nd June 2022 at Phnom Penh Hotel.

On 25 June 2022, CATS organized a Teambuilding event on Kirirom Mountain to bring staff on a field trip and play games together.
